When can I expect my order to arrive?

Orders are shipped daily Monday thru Friday, and at times a day later depending on order volumes. Orders received by 8AM Central Time, will be included with that day's shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a "Completed" message from the system.

2) Media Mail shipments generally arrive in 5 to 7 days but could take up to 2 weeks from shipping day depending on your distance from Dallas, Texas, mail volumes, and weather conditions. Media mail is the least expensive but also the SLOWEST but very reliable method of shipment. Media mail is placed in special "bins" and shipped on an "as space is available" basis. We have seen occasional shipments take have longer than two weeks  (as long as a month) because "media mail bin" is overlooked or not full.

If you check the tracking status of your order as usps.com and see the message "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" this means your item has processed and has been taken to our Local Post Office. Since there is no "requirement" that the Postal Service "scan" media mail packages your shipment has NOT been scanned by the post office so the tracking information has not been updated, but you shipment is on it's way and should arrive within 2 week from the shipping date.

If you are in a hurry for your shipment we recommend using Priority Mail, or FedEx Ground for your order. 

3) Priority Mail shipments generally arrive in 2 or 3 days from shipping day depending on your distance from Dallas, Texas.
