- There are only NO Junior rules changes 2025, (the date on the cover is the only thing changed).
- A Major change occurred to the manual in 2025. The "new look" cover now contains the new "Children's Ministries" logo, and an updated cover, that replaces the "old" cover that had been used for more than 10 years. Why is this "important"? Because, in case there is a contest or question regarding the "rules" it allows the officials at National events (BQE, District and National Finals), to quickly determine if the coach is using the "latest version" of the Rules Manual.
- Most of the rules in this manual (except age and division rules) apply to other organizations as well, such as ABQ, ALJC and many independent Bible Quizzing Programs that use our BQPowers UPCI Bible Quiz study materials.

Every new program needs one and even if you've bought a rules manual years ago it's a good idea to buy a new one and study the newly added rules.
